Aus diesem Grund m\u00fcssen Erwachsenenbilder, die oftmals beruflich aus einem ganz anderen Bereich kommen, ihre Kompetenzen in verschiedenen Bereichen \u2013 wie Didaktik, effektive Kommunikation, Selbstreflektion, Kenntnisse und Anwendung verschiedener Lernmethoden, -stile und -techniken \u2013 kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
