SELF-REFLECTION AND – MANAGEMENT
Definition: The ability to carry out professional duties based on the role of an adult educator and the mission of the institution, to analyse own competences and performance; to use the feedback of learners and colleagues to strategically plan professional development, as well as to manage available resources and adapt own practices in the view of changing circumstances.
I can understand the role of an adult educator and reflect on own practices in a broader scope of the institution, field and society
I can follow the mission of the organisation and the professional code of ethics and qualification standards
I can assess my own (professional) strengths and weaknesses; develop strategies to improve own competences and performance
I can reflect on the feedback of learners and colleagues using it as a basis for improvement of my own teaching methods, communication styles, etc.
I can constantly seek professional development and build knowledge and skills by participating in formal/non-formal education and exchanging insights with colleagues
