DELIVERY OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES
Definition: Having high levels of subject and method knowledge and being able to communicate this in teaching/learning processes, and also being able to evaluate the success of this process. In this process “every learner needs to be addressed in his or her individual way — in each case the teacher must learn (as intuitively and quickly as possible) to take “the learner to achieve the best possible teaching success. Social and communicative learning is thus a prerequisite for teaching success”. This is connected also with some important attitudes like being positive, confident, motivational and engaging attitude towards learners and the training course. The ability of delivering learning content can be gained, managed, and assessed by defined criteria.
